(See attached images.)It's not just Windows related dialogs that are missing text. Navigate to the C:\Users\(old user name) folder. Note: I assume that Windows 7 is installed on the C: partition.

All the text is gone from my desktop icons, the date and time is missing, all the items within control panel and My computer are a jumbled mess of random lines concretly rightclick(context)->new-> textfile and this option is missing.
