I have been using the following method (which has worked in the past with other printers): Settings->Printer and Faxes, File->Server Properties, Select Drivers, Add. Is this an issue of using the "wrong paper". Thanks, I hope you can find an answer and solve your problem. Reboot is not necesarily a solution in my mind.

When I install the drivers on print server, i get this error --->Unable to install Canon IRC 6800, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003 Server, x86 driver.
