Don't know this one. He is syncing outlook 2013 and an iphone 6s. I tried disabling Cached Exchange Mode and re-enabling it because I thought that would cause the OST to be over written. my research kept pointing to a corrupt calendar item but I couldn't get a fix on the issue. I tested this and sent this e-mail to these users multiple times and each time this e-mail would crash their outlook.
