I did a lot of bitmap backups on that machines.I still recommend, to use Windows7 and NIS. Please be assured that it will not cause any system performance problem. It may be that some NIS 2011 files have become corrupted over time with the UPS forcing ccSvcHst to end.  At this point, I have no real way of knowing if the Kb947238 I made sure that I was not redirecting printers, then went to those two registry keys and deleted all of the redirected printers.
