Its not okay to peg cpu's at 85-100% causing a lot more noise and heat. This also reminds me of a problem we had initially with the 2007 release where CPU spiked as the result of a bad interaction with an .flv player. Once I reinstall as soon as I see something I make sure debug/logging is on and capture. I've increased the schedule to weekly now.
