IF YOU WANT TO RE-INSTALL ThreadMaster Don't change CPUThresholdPct. And all the others do similar nowadays. Looks pretty close to what I'm looking for. TThrottle does that.
The problem is that not all motherboards place the temperature sensors exactly the same place, and the temperature sensors different levels of accuracy. Note that Threadmaster will not read a value until a process using the key is newly started.
